Privacy Policy

Who we are

Our website address is: https://uacdl.org. This privacy policy also extends to community.uacdl.org and lists.uacdl.org.

Information we collect

We collect information when you register for a membership, place a purchase, fill out a form, subscribe, or change your subscription. This not includes any information you give to us, but it may also include your IP address and browser user agent string, which helps spam detection.

We use this information to improve our website, improve customer service, to process transactions, to send you information, and to monitor the site for safety. If you send a message through UACDL’s listserv, the information you send will be automatically sent to other listserv members, and it will be stored by us. We can delete listserv emails from our archives upon request, but we cannot claw back messages that were automatically sent to others. Please see our listserv policies for more details.

Please also note that we stream and record presentations where your voice, face, likeness, and messages may be made part of the stream or recording.
