UACDL is pleased to host the annual DUI seminar. DUIs are among the most complex cases to defend. Good DUI defense attorneys have a strong grasp of the Fourth Amendment, the DLD administrative hearing, ever-changing sentencing laws, forensic examinations, and the standardized field sobriety tests.
Our DUI seminar is both an excellent primer and refresher course. Our faculty are experienced practitioners and excellent teachers. If you take DUI cases now, or contemplate taking them in the future, please attend.
